💳 What payment methods are accepted at Soul in Japan?

We accept Bancontact, iDeal, PayPal, ApplePay, Mastercard and Visa. Let us know if there is a payment method that would make your checkout process easier, we are always listening!

 

💶 Can I pay with cash? 

You can! if you order through our website, it's obviously only possible to pay electronically. However; if you wish to pay with cash and pick up your order at our location in Antwerp, simply message us on Instagram / whatsapp / or to soulinjpn@gmail.com!

 

🌐 How do I see the prices in my local currency?

At the top of the menu, there is a selection to change your currency. If you have any questions or issues, the quickest way to contact us is on our contact form.

 

🚚 How long will it take for my package to arrive? 

All of our products are located in our stockroom in Antwerp, so delivery takes only 1 to 3 business days. No time to wait? You can always pick up your order at our address! There is more information about this topic in our "shipping" section!

 

🙅 I have changed my mind, can I cancel the order? 

If you have changed your mind, you can certainly cancel the order. Email us (or reach us through Instagram or Whatsapp), and let us know about the cancellation. You can choose between a store credit or a full refund. If you choose a store credit, we will immediately send you a unique code to be entered at the checkout process. If you decide that a full refund is better, we will process the refund within four business days.

 

🆘 My item arrived broken, can I arrange for an exchange or refund? 

Absolutely! At Soul in Japan, we ensure that all our products arrive in the condition intended, but accidents could happen during shipping. Email us and let us know about the situation. We'll do whatever it takes to keep our customers happy!

 

🏷 How do I order from Soul in Japan? 

1. Use the menu to browse our collections. Select a product you like and click "Add to Cart".
2. Once you are done filling your cart, you can select "Continue to Checkout" and then proceed to entering your shipping information so we can ship the items to you!
3. You can pay by using Bancontact, PayPal, Apple Pay, and more!
4. Finish by selecting "Place my order" once you're sure your shipping information is correct!
5. You will then receive your email receipt.
6. Once we receive your order it will take us only 1 day to get your package ready.
